Cabbage and Carrots

Finely grated red and white cabbage

Carrots grated

½ onion finely grated

2 or 3 grated apples

1 carton of natural yogurt

Chopped fresh herbs of your choice

Crushed garlic

Ground pepper and a little salt

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
